DIY Beeswax wraps – sourcing beeswax
DIY beeswax wraps are so simple. You can source your food safe beeswax on amazon or local spotlight store. I’ll leave a link to some places to source it below. Some videos I watched suggested using the bars and grating your own rather than the pellets. Unfortunately I had already purchased the pellets so I used a food processor to grind the pellets down to a finer consistency and away I went.

Where to get your beeswax
Cotton Fabric – Unique Sources
By making DIY beeswax wraps you can choose beautiful, unique fabric. You are also able to save money as pre-made beeswax wraps can be very expensive to purchase. I love shopping at thrift stores (op-shops) for fabric in the form of sheets, curtains, oversized shirts and dresses and fabric remnants. I also love grabbing a bargain from the remnants bin at my local Spotlight. Fabric can be expensive if your a constantly buying it full price. Get resourceful and find your fabric for a fraction of the cost. Look out for sales. Try buy fabric for a specific project rather than stocking up and not know what you are going use it for.
