Super Quick Healthy Banana Muffins
Deliciously moist and fluffy, naturally sweetened banana muffins. Made with natural yoghurt and organic oats. These muffins are a household favourite to add to lunch boxes or eat for morning tea!

- 1 cup of natural yoghurt Greek Natural Yoghurt works best
- 2 1/2 tsp Stevia
- 1 Egg
- 2 Ripe Bananas Mashed with a fork
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Rolled oats
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Prepare muffin tin with silicon muffin cups or grease well with butter
Beat first 4 ingredients together
Add Bananas and mix well
Add the rest of the ingredients except oats and stir until combined
Pour batter into prepared muffin tray until 3/4 full
Sprinkle each with oats
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15-20minutes
