- Mix all ingredients in high power blender. Use spatula to push ingredients to centre. Blend until smooth. Add milk or coconut water to help form a smooth consistency
- Pour into bowls and top with your favourite toppings such as: fresh berries or fruit, granola, nuts and seeds, coconut and cocao nibs.
- Enjoy immediately!
- Store excess ingredients in the freezer for another breakfast.
